1. Spaghetti Bolognese Recipes

Spaghetti Bolognese Recipes

Ingredients:-           

  •  ground beef 2 pounds
  • two onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 - pound spaghetti
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese    

How to make Spaghetti Bolognese.

1.   Wash the pan thoroughly before starting. And cook the ground beef slowly on medium heat. Keep stirring it until it turns brown. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.

2.       After that add onion and garlic and cook it on normal flame.

3.       Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, sugar, and red pepper flakes (if using). And after kneading it well add it.

4.        Carry the sauce and the pan is very hot. So reduce it and cook on low flame. Let the sauce simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5.      If the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until
 finished.

6.      Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Keep cooking the spaghetti with the sauce till it is well coated. Till you feel that it is ready.


Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot. Enjoy your delicious Homemade Spaghetti Bolognese!


2.  Fried Chicken

Ingredients:-

  • 2 lbs chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs, or wings)
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

How to make Fried Chicken

1. In a large bowl, you need to mix the chicken pieces and buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.

2. In a separate big bowl, take flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper and mix them properly.

3. Heat enough vegetable oil in a deep skillet or Dutch oven to cover the chicken pieces. Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F.

4. After that, take out the chicken pieces from the buttermilk and let the excess liquid cook off.

5. After that carefully put the chicken in the hot oil, be careful. Do not overcrowd the pan. Roast it well for 12-15 minutes, turning it, till it turns golden brown and cooked. Keep roasting it.

6. Then use a slotted spoon to lift the chicken out of the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

7. Repeat the process with the remaining chicken pieces.
